Posts: 665		I had a thought and dont know if its possible. To make things alittle easier to catch multi account. How about once you register on here wit your ip, it automatically gets registered and you cant get another account on here since ur ip is already in a data base so to speak

Posts: 1,482		I know that an ip can be blocked from making accounts. Idk how hard it would be to put a system that will block ur ip once u create an account. Good idea tho.

Posts: 731		If ppl are going to cheat. IP addy is a semi useful tool. But ways around it. You need a staff to really monitor the log.

Posts: 665		Yeah gator there is always a loop hole in jus bout any program. However u can expand to lookout for certain things. Dont wana get to much into detail only cuz ppl may read this and try to find them out

Posts: 1,482		Yep i know there is a way to block a certain ips from creating accounts. I had to do that when ppl were creating accounts.from a school i had like about 80 accounts.from the same ip address.

an ip block can be instituted already as far as i know =/
bigger issues are people who use proxies and other problems like dynamic ip addresses
