Posts: 5,847 | yeah it is but most ppl seem to think they really do sumthing for you put it this way the amnt of crystals ppl spend on them they could use in the gym even in a smaller property and gain more then they would using the 10pills or so they get at a time thats why i only sell mine for ice lol
