Subject: What Missions do you think will work with OM

Posts: 232 | To better understand what everyone is thinking when it comes to Mission, please describe your ideal Mission / Quest. As in example:
You go to the city and see the quest link. You start with the first quest when might be very simple like have won 20 attacks. Most people automatically get the first Mission.
Second mission: Beat an NPC player
Third Quest:...
Above is just ideas and don't reflect actual quests. This feature is quite large and will not be done in a day but together we can put a great feature onto OM!!

do they have to do it again
like say 10k crimes
and you already have 10k
do you automatically get it?

im a fan of choosing 10 things
random them
once you do the ten you move on the next stage which is the same random process and missions but harder
that way it wont get repetitive for a while because youll get a different mission order everytime

Posts: 2,309 | I would think having a storyline behind the missions, eg; you go to missions and accept the first one, you get the email that Kingpin is looking to have you take care of some of his light work and gives you a name (some npc that is new and similar in stats to you) but you need the right equipment to take the npc out

perhaps make the storyline about following a mafia boss or something and then you end up being the boss?

like this mission can only be completed on Monday, Wednesday, Friday
that way new players have more chances because bigger players could sit there and do missions for an entire day be done with it

maybe multiple paths you can take
that effects various things
like you can choose what your gang specializes in like extortion or loan sharking
